ATMAE is proud to recognize the achievements, leadership, and contributions of our members through annual professional awards and student scholarships.
Member-Nominated Awards
Eligible ATMAE members may apply or nominate deserving colleagues for:
- Industry Innovation Award – Recognizes innovation and impact by professionals in business, industry, government, or the private sector.
- Faculty Excellence Award – Honors outstanding faculty at two-year and four-year institutions for excellence in teaching, service, and, where applicable, research.
- Excellence for Women in Technology Award – Recognizes a woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, achievement, influence, and impact in technology.
- Early Career Achievement Award – Recognizes outstanding recent graduates of ATMAE-accredited programs who have demonstrated leadership and excellence in business and industry.
ATMAE Scholarships
ATMAE also offers scholarship opportunities for eligible members pursuing advanced education:
- Dr. Clois E. Kicklighter Doctoral Student Scholarship – A $2,500 scholarship for eligible doctoral students pursuing careers in technology and related disciplines.
- Kate and Cliff Strandberg Master’s Student Scholarship – A $1,000 scholarship for eligible students pursuing a master’s degree supporting a career in technology.
Deadline: Applications and nominations are accepted throughout the year, but submissions must be received by September 1 to be considered for awards presented at that year’s ATMAE Annual Conference.
