Registration Information
- Conference registration does NOT include ATMAE membership.
- Member pricing applies to individual members only (program accreditation ≠ membership).
- Accreditation activities are scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You must register for the conference to attend the Board of Accreditation Hearings.
- Guest registration is intended only for spouses, family members, or friends who are accompanying a paid conference registrant and will not be attending conference sessions or professional activities. Guests may participate in meal functions, social events, and limited public activities (such as viewing the student robotics competition).
- ATMAE members and individuals eligible for ATMAE membership may not register as guests and must register as full conference attendees.
Cancellations and Refunds
This cancellation policy applies to all conference activities with a fee. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations received before October 9, 2026. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. There is no additional fee for transferring or substituting one attendee for another in cases of cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@atmae.org.
