Display advertising is available in the ATMAE Insider to let you market your program, products or services to ATMAE's target audience.

Publication Specifications:
Each edition of the ATMAE Insider is an eight- to 16-page, four-color publication, three column format, trim size 8.5" x 11" with center staple binding on 70# matte stock.

Circulation:
The ATMAE Insider is distributed by mail to ATMAE members and selected personnel at institutions affiliated with ATMAE by membership, accreditation, convention attendance and inclusion in the ATMAE Directory. The September and January issues have mailed circulation of approximately 3200 copies; the April issue has a mailed circulation of approximately 2000 copies.

Ad Placement:
Advertisements are placed throughout the ATMAE Insider and placement decisions are made by ATMAE Staff.

Ad Sizes - Images Dimensions & Insertion Charge:

• Quarter page - 3.5"w x 4.75"h = $160
• Half page - 7.5"w x 4.75"h = $240
• Full page - 7.5"w x 10"h = $420
• Column Inch - 3 column per page format: $33/column inch
• Column Inch - 2 column per page format: $50/column inch
• Customized Ad Sizes Available - contact us for a quote
• Price breaks are negotiable for multi-ad contracts.
• Four-color ads are available for an additional $200 for a full page, or prorated for smaller ad sizes. Minimum color charge is $50.
• ATMAE will add one background color at no charge at the request of the advertiser.
• The ATMAE staff will typeset typewritten copy or manipulate files as requested by advertiser and a $50 Design Charge will apply in addition to the ad placement charge and any color charges.

• Camera-ready copy should be submitted by mail or email - no faxes.
• We prefer electronic ad files submitted by email attachment or by diskette via U.S. Mail. Preferred formats (from PC or Mac) are: Word files; Adobe Illustrator, PageMaker or PhotoShop files; or PDF files.
• Please also submit separate electronic files of any photos, logos or other graphic content incorporated into your advertisement. We want your ad to look good! Avoid sending image files pulled from Websites, as they tend to be low resolution GIF files. It is best to use high-res JPEG, TIF, or EPS files, of at least 300 dpi and image sizes bigger than 2.5" x 2.5". The bigger the file and the bigger the image, the better the resolution in the ATMAE Insider's 4-color, glossy print format.
• When sending photos, logos or other graphic content, do not insert the files into a Word doc to attach to an email. That often results in file compression during email. Just attach the files directly to the email, which ensures we get the image files in their original condition.
• We Can Design Your Ad! The ATMAE staff will typeset typewritten copy or manipulate files as requested by advertiser and a $50 Design Charge will apply in addition to the ad placement charge and any color charges.
