ATMAE Conference Lodging Information - Edgewater Beach Resort:

  • Edgewater's Website: See "Make Reservations Now!" - Plug in your dates, number of guests, and use Promo Code "ATMAE" to get a range of housing choices at ATMAE's discounted condo rates!
    • Make your condo unit reservations for the October 27-30, 2010 ATMAE Conference. Our room block guarantee expires September 26, 2010; after that date all rooms remaining in our block are offered for general sale to the public.
    • Our condo rates at Edgewater range from 1-Bedroom Golf Villas near the COnference Center (sleeps 4) at $91+ tax rate to 3- Bedroom Deluxe Beachfront in towers on the beach (sleeps 8) at $173 + tax. These rates will extend your travel budget, with the comfort and convenience of a condo.
    • There will be a non-refundable $35 insurance fee on all rentals, which provides coverage for up to $1500 on unintentional damage to a condo unit.

When using an online flight reservation service (Expedia, Priceline, Travelocity, etc.), look for flights to Panama City Beach using the new airport code "ECP" for Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. That's the new airport with direct jet flights from major hubs via Delta and Southwest.

  • Please inform the ATMAE office of the names of booth staff so we can create conference identification badges.
  • Amenities:Each booth has a draped back and side drapes, a table, two chairs, waste basket, identification sign and, if requested, one 110V electric outlet. Table-Tops (19-22) have backdrape only and only one chair.
  • Carpet:The Exhibit area is carpeted.
