• Make your condo unit reservations for the October 27-30, 2010 ATMAE Conference. Our room block guarantee expires September 26, 2010; after that date all rooms remaining in our block are offered for general sale to the public.
• Our condo rates at Edgewater range from 1-Bedroom Golf Villas near the COnference Center (sleeps 4) at $91+ tax rate to 3- Bedroom Deluxe Beachfront in towers on the beach (sleeps 8) at $173 + tax. These rates will extend your travel budget, with the comfort and convenience of a condo.
• There will be a non-refundable $35 insurance fee on all rentals, which provides coverage for up to $1500 on unintentional damage to a condo unit.

2010 ATMAE Exhibitor Information:

• The ATMAE Conference provides multiple contacts for vendors of products and services to Technology, Technology Management, and Applied Engineering, and other Technology-related 2-year and 4-year degree programs.
• The 2010 ATMAE Conference Exhibits will be open during conference hours on Thursday October 28 and on Friday morning October 29. Booth set-up begins Wednesday October 27. We have 23 booth & table-top spaces.

  • Select a Booth Space - Here's a map of the Exhibit Area as of July 25, showing what booths are available and exhibitors who have booths. Exhibits are in the meeting area's prefunction corridor, surrounded by meeting and event space, so you'll have constant visitors at your booth, along with added traffic during the refreshment breaks, served in the booth area.

• Registration & Personnel Information needed by ATMAE:
Please inform the ATMAE office of the names of booth staff so we can create conference identification badges.
• Amenities:Each booth has a draped back and side drapes, a table, two chairs, waste basket, identification sign and, if requested, one 110V electric outlet. Table-Tops (19-22) have backdrape only and only one chair.
• Carpet:The Exhibit area is carpeted.
