Mr. Lesch is responsible for the quality, cost and timely delivery of contract parts produced by Clark Industries. His efficient utilization of the company resources entrusted to him directly effects Clark Industries profitability and long term growth.

Gene Lesch graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Education in 1963. Upon graduation he joined Deere and Company as an engineering analyst. He was employed by this major manufacture of farm equipment for thirty-six years. Mr. Lesch held increasing responsible positions at Deere and ascended to the position of Manager of Quality Assurance at the DesMoine Works and subsequently Manager of Quality Engineering.

Mr. Lesch retired from Deere and Company in 1999 and joined Clark Industries. His strong leadership qualities and extensive production and quality engineering background fully qualify him to enhance Clark Industries profit and business growth.
